Crashes whenever I want to change passenger info like bicycle reservation
Es ist absolut unmöglich sich in dieser App zurecht zu finden. Ich versuche seit einer Stunde Wochentickets zu finden. Gibt es in der App nicht. Laut Website sollte es diese schon geben. Informationen zu Tickets für Hunde sind überhaupt unmöglich zu bekommen. Unerklärliche wie man so etwas herausbringen kann. Auf unser Testing wurde anscheinend komplett vergessen. Da fährt man lieber min Auto und zahlt Parkscheine.
When the app functions, it is very good to use and simple to buy and use tickets and see travel information. But when it decides to not load in search results or travel information when there is clear signal, it can be maddening.

Complicated and inconvenient for international journeys.
Kann keine Zugverbindung zu meinen Favoriten hinzufügen, weil die maximale Anzahl schon erreicht ist, finde aber keine Möglichkeiten, Favoriten zu entfernen
When it works, it works well. But to often I have to delete from my phone and reinstall it to be able to search for tickets and buy them. Needs some improvement!
The app crashes CONSTANTLY. Clicked too fast? Sorry, it crashed. Clicked too slow? Hah, it crashed. Tried to pay for a ticket? Hah, it crashed. I am tired of having to explain to staff that the app crashes, having to wait for it to reload and MAYBE (if you're lucky) show your ticket. Very shocked that these issues aren't being resolved despite multiple people complaining! Take a hint!!
